Q: What can I expect from the admissions process?

A: From the initial call to the facility throughout your admission you can expect our Admissions team to walk you through all the steps. Admissions will assist all prospective residents with understanding their rights, work with them to set up transportation, assign insurance benefits or apply for Medicaid and everything in between. Upon admission you can expect a trained nurse to develop an individual plan of care.

 

Q: Can I bring my own furniture?

A: Residents are encouraged to bring in their own furniture. All chairs and electric furniture must be checked by the maintenance director for safety.

 

Q: Can I have a private room?

A: Pine Crest offers both private and semi-private rooms to meet the residents individual needs. Please speak with admissions to determine the eligibility of each room.

Q: Are rooms available?

A: Room availability changes daily. Please contact the facility to determine current openings. We would be happy to put you on the waiting list if necessary.
